ERP Technical Analyst (Sage X3)

We’re looking for an experienced ERP Technical Analyst (Sage X3) to join our growing IT team and play a key role in supporting and evolving our enterprise ERP environment. This is a mid- to senior-level position ideal for someone who brings strong Sage X3 expertise, a proactive mindset, and clear communication skills. 

What You’ll Do

As our ERP Technical Analyst, you’ll be a trusted technical partner across the organization, helping ensure Sage X3 remains stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

• Configure and deploy Sage X3 modules in alignment with business and leadership direction (no programming required).

• Partner with functional teams to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.

• Test and validate ERP integrations and APIs using tools such as Postman, escalating issues to developers or vendors as needed.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Sage X3 vendors and integration partners.

• Monitor ERP performance and support system upgrades, patches, and deployments.

• Collaborate closely with network and infrastructure teams to address technical dependencies.

• Identify and escalate security and interoperability risks related to ERP integrations.

• Support cross-functional ERP initiatives and contribute to smooth technical execution across teams.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a hands-on ERP expertise with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Sage X3 in a technical ERP role.

• Proven experience configuring and supporting ERP modules.

• Familiarity with ERP integrations, data flows, and interoperability.

• Basic API testing experience (REST/SOAP, Postman).

• Strong understanding of ERP performance, stability, and security considerations.

• Experience working with vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to proactively identify issues and escalate effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting multiple Sage X3 modules (e.g., warehouse management, CRM, operations, finance).

• Exposure to both hosted and on-premise ERP environments.

• Experience collaborating across IT, Finance, and Operations teams.
