High Tide Inc., a leading cannabis retailer and accessory company, seeks a highly skilled and passionate Email Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Brazil. This is a new remote role to support our growth, and we are looking for someone with a proven track record in email marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization. Responsibilities

  • Email & Campaign Management:
    Lead and execute email marketing strategies for High Tide’s brands, driving campaigns with a focus on customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Data & Performance Analysis:
    Continuously evaluate email and SMS metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to optimize campaigns and present insights to key stakeholders.
  • List Segmentation & Hygiene:
    Oversee list segmentation, hygiene, and weekly monitoring of list growth, ensuring audiences are targeted effectively across multiple brands.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization:
    Lead and manage A/B testing efforts for email content, subject lines, and customer segments, optimizing performance and enhancing engagement.
  • Email Copy & Content Creation:
    Provide clear and constructive feedback to copywriters, ensuring email content is compelling, aligned with data-driven insights, and optimized for conversions. Additionally, write email copy as needed.
  • Weekly Reporting & Improvements:
    Lead the weekly reporting process for campaign emails and automated journeys. Identify areas for improvement based on campaign data and strategize on how to implement enhancements.
  • Email Calendar Management:
    Manage the email campaign calendar for each brand, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives and executed on time, with all stakeholders aware of deadlines and priorities.
  • Collaboration & Post-Campaign Analysis:
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, paid media) to analyze campaign performance post-launch and apply insights to future campaigns.
  • Innovation & Industry Trends:
    Stay updated on email marketing best practices and industry trends. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation in email strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer email marketing, with a strong understanding of email metrics and A/B testing.
  • Experience with Klaviyo (Required)
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading email marketing teams, including managing cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as design, paid media, and content teams.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and workflow management.
  • Strong experience in list segmentation, email reporting, and data tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience in working with paid media (programmatic ads, paid search, etc.) and understanding of how to integrate across marketing channels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills English Launge is a must with the ability to write strong email copy and provide clear feedback to copywriters.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in tracking ROI and using data to continuously improve campaigns.
  • Ability to work with teams across social media, web, SEO, and triggered email for integrated campaigns.
  • Experience in email strategy development, email design best practices, customer segmentation, and using customer data to drive engagement.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS (bonus)
